The ChocoCovid, a praline with   the black ganache with Belgian whiskey "Belgian Owl" made in our workshop. The pipette contains 100% of this same whiskey and is inserted into the praline for an appetizer rich in flavor.
 
Tasting method : 
To release the nectar from the pipette, bite into the praline two or three times then press the pipette to let the  mix with the dark ganache in your mouth.
